Costs

Yes, By Seasons End there MAY be 15 Players per Team,

         but this is how it's setup to start. (a.)

  • Traveling League (May have to cross a River. Why? here.)

  • Open until June 19, 2018 

  • League Reserves All Rights

  • Competitive Level 7.5 out 10 (Questions: Contact Us)

  • First Come, First Serve.

  • Looking for 7 Teams (91 Players) (One Team Has Already Been Filled) 

  • Each Team will be filled with 13 Players (May Be Mid-Season Openings)(b.)

  • All Team Names and Jerseys have been decided by League.(c.)

  • Each Team will Designate one player as a General Manager

  • Each Player Will Have to Agree and Sign Documents.(d.)

  • Majority Rule on deciding Team Sponsored Charity.(e.)

  • No Team is allowed more than 15 Players per Roster.

  • Players Cost/Rights

  • There Will be a Magazine (Hopefully Mid-Season, but definitely End of Season. Plus Website Stories/Blogs)

Player:

    

    $70 Per Player(Original 13 Players)

How this Works:

-Each Player Starts Out with getting .3% of Final Pooled Team Sales. (As Long as $1,000 Profit)

-Mid-way thru Season it increase to .6%

-Champion gets 1.2%

-Each Player is in control of 4% of Team.

-Mid-way thru Season it increase to 8%

-Players Choose Charity

-Champions win Pooled Donation to Their Charity  

   (Ex: $1,500 equates to $9 back to you)

Where Your Money Goes:

-Umpires

-Field Costs

-Marketing

       *Jersey To Be Provided By Local Sponsor

            Not Provided: Shoes, Pants, Accessories

            NO CLEATS, MUST MEET REQUIREMENTS

            Pants are Really Player Preference 

 

Benefits:

-Community Representation

-Awards Ceremony

-Allowed to keep Jersey (Each Player May Choose #)

-Kickball Champion Title will be like Stanley Cup

          (Each Player will have it for a Week, and then returned for

               Awards Ceremony. Individual Champion Awards TBD.) 

-Trade Block

        1. Every Player Eligible 

        2. May Add Self (Up to wk 6; TRADE DEADLINE)

        3. Does NOT have to sign w/ Interested Team

        4. GM CANNOT move Player

Requirements:

-Must Abide by Player Agreement 

-Must Wear Team Colors for Games

-Must Attend All-Star Festivities (Even if Not Selected) 

 

Fines: (All Fines will be Deducted from Team %)

-Forfeiture  

-Conduct

-Selling of Merchandise for Personal Gain

General Manager: (Must Play)

    

  Responsibilities: 

-Part of League Board

-Manages Team

-Delegates Tasks (Stat Keepers, Pitch Warm-up, etc)

-May Host Practices (League Not Responsible)

-Must Comply with All Regulations

  (THE EQUALITY CLAUSE, Player Agreements)

-Only Person Able to Argue Calls

-Must Attend Every Team Game

  (Exceptions May Be Discussed)

-Must Attend All-Star Events

-Must Attend Draftee Game (If Draft Happens)

-Will Make Final Decisions:

       1. Draft Picks

       2. Trades

       3. Team Finances 

       4. Line-ups 

-Does NOT have power to Discipline 

         (League Responsible)

-MAY petition League over ANY Decision

Perks: 

-2 GM's will be Selected as All Stars 

-Divison Titles Will Name for Championship

  GMs (Unless Championship Winning GM is the same as

                  GM of the Year.)

-End of Season Award for GM of the Year

   (Award Named For GM)

-Privy to Team Finances

         1. Overall

         2. Player

         3. Fines

         4. Additional

               -Every 'No Kicker,' Team gets $40,

                which is intended to go toward

                Charity.
